ASK AGM & Instructors Class - July 2009



On Sunday 26th July, senior ASK instructors and students from all over  the UK gathered at 'The Dojo' in Nottingham for the official AGM and instructors class. The brilliant three hour training session taken by chief instructor Sensei Hazard  included a break-down of the kata Kanku Dai and teaching methods designed to improve Keri Waza (kicking Techniques).

4th International Shotokan Training Camp - France, July 2009



Many thanks to all of the members of ASK, TKI, SSKI, KUGB and JKA to name but a few associations who supported the 4th International Shotokan Training Camp in Rouen France. Also a big thank you to those who travelled as far as from New York, USA to attend the course at Herqueville Manor with instructors Paul Herbert, Darren Jumnoodoo and Adam Cockfield.
